Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the website and services provided by Vecto ('we', 'us', 'our'). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services

Vecto provides web design, web development, and Webflow template services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of each project are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work. Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies the terms of any written project agreement between you and Vecto.

2. Engagement and payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your project slot and begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before the final website is handed over or published. For ongoing support plans, payment is due monthly in advance.

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vecto reserves the right to pause or suspend work if payment obligations are not met on schedule.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely content, materials, and feedback required to complete the project. Delays caused by late submissions or feedback may result in revised timelines, for which Vecto bears no liability.

You confirm that all materials you provide — including text, images, logos, and brand assets — are either owned by you or that you have the right to use them. Vecto accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied materials.

4. Revisions and scope

Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Revisions must be requested within the agreed review periods. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

5. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed website design and content created by Vecto for your project are transferred to you. Vecto retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Vecto retains ownership of any proprietary tools, processes, templates, or frameworks developed independently of your project. Webflow templates purchased separately are licensed, not sold, under the terms set out on the Templates page.

6. Warranties and limitation of liability

Vecto will perform all services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that your website will achieve specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or conversion rates.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vecto's total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project. Vecto shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of your website or our services.

7. Third-party platforms

Vecto builds websites using Webflow. Your use of Webflow is subject to Webflow's own terms of service and privacy policy. Vecto is not responsible for changes to Webflow's platform, pricing, or availability. Hosting, CMS functionality, and uptime are subject to Webflow's infrastructure terms.

8. Post-launch support

Every project includes three (3) months of post-launch support covering hosting management, domain management, and general maintenance. After this period, ongoing support is available at AED 300/month with no minimum term. Either party may terminate the support arrangement with 30 days' written notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If you terminate the project after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If Vecto terminates the engagement without cause, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to these Terms

Vecto may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or directly to active clients. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
